Unless otherwise stated or you the purchaser have made prior arrangements, all shipping is via Regular Post through the Australia Post network. Delivery schedules as per Australia Post Guidelines. Signature is required upon delivery. All parcels are shipped using eParcel and are track-able. Insurance is now an "option" on orders shipped within Australia. Regular Post - All items shipped via Regular Post (FREE SHIPPING) unless other wise stated. Delivery is approximately 5-7 business days within Australia. Allow more time for remote areas. We use the eParcel System so all parcels are track-ableExpress - If eParcel Express delivery has been requested allow 1-3 days for delivery. Generally Queensland customers can expect overnight delivery, excluding regional areas, although not guaranteed. All other states 2-3 days, in most cases. Allow more time for remote or regional areas.
International Customers
All items shipped via Air Mail unless otherwise arranged. wholesalefascinators.net reccomends that insurance is purchased.AIR MAIL - Delivery schedules as per Australia Post guidelines. For most countries delivery is between 7-10 business days although allow up to 14 business days. Allow more time for remote areas. Items are not track-able. If Optional Insurance is purchased this will provide some tracking ability in most countries.
EXPRESS - Delivery schedules as per Australia Post guidelines. For most countries delivery is between 3-5 business days although allow up to 7 business days. Allow more time for remote areas. Items are fully track-able online.

It is the responsibility of you the customer to check with your local authorities prior to ordering.

Packaging
When posting your order, we will take great care in packaging the items. Although we take every care with the packing of it, we can not be responsible for any damaged caused throughout it's journey.Returns
Please choose carefully, any claims are to be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Any return must be approved prior to the return of the goods. All approvals are at the sole discretion of wholesalefascinators.net . The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. Some of the reasons for refusal of a return are listed below.you are not entitled to a refund if you :-
- Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods
- realise you can't afford the goods;
- found the same item cheaper elsewhere;
- chose the wrong size or colour;
- were responsible for damaging the products.
Payment
Cleared payment is required prior to shipping of order.If payment is made via Bank Deposit the funds must be deposited into the specified Bank Account within 5 days from the date of placing the order. During Sale periods Bank Deposits are required to be received in the specified Bank Account within 2 days of the order date. Failure to meet these time-lines may result in the order being cancelled and products returned to stock for re sale.
Credit Card payments that are declined for whatever reason need to be rectified within the same time-lines for payment that apply to Bank Deposits above. Failure to do so may result in the order being cancelled and products returned to stock for re sale.
International Customers using Paypal echeck that is subsequently cancelled prior to transfer of funds are also subject to the time-lines for payment set out for Bank Deposits above. Failure to correct payment in this time-frame may result in orders being cancelled and products returned to stock for re sale.
